New Client Camps

Ready to take your kicking or punting to the next level?
Join Wilhoit Kicking Academy for one of our upcoming training camps, designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels across Tennessee. Led by former University of Tennessee standout James Wilhoit, along with coaches Aaron Medley and Charles Campbell, each camp focuses on technique, strength, accuracy, and confidence.

Our New Client Camps are the most effective way to introduce athletes to The Wilhoit Way. In groups of 12–16 with an assistant coach, athletes learn core fundamentals, gain immediate feedback, and benefit from a high-energy environment where they improve by watching and competing with their peers. New specialists can enter through these camps or through our Summer Specialist Camps in Memphis, Knoxville, Nashville, or Chattanooga.

Our mission is simple — get to know you, teach the proven Wilhoit method, and help you reach your potential as a high school, college, or future NFL kicker.

Whether you’re preparing for your next season, aiming for college exposure, or just starting out, our camps give you hands-on coaching, personalized feedback, and a proven path to improvement.

Summer Specialists Camps

Most high school coaches will admit that they know very little about the technique of kicking and punting. High School kicking specialists get placed on a field during practice and are asked to kick on their own. Lots of times they don’t know what to practice, how many balls to kick, or what to correct when they are unsuccessful.

The Summer Specialists Camp is a perfect way for kickers and punters to gain kicking technique and strategy for their upcoming high school season. These camps are designed for middle school and high school kickers ages 10-18 years old. Attendance at one of these camps, you would qualify you for Wilhoit 2027 training programs.

Annual Training Programs

The Wilhoit Training Programs are how we train our kickers. This is a year-long, bundled training service designed to clearly outline which camps athletes should attend and the level of commitment required to develop into an elite-level specialist.

This program works — but it only works if you work. The structure provides a clear framework through shared training sessions and camps, but nothing replaces consistent work on the field and full commitment in the weight room.

All training, camps, and services are included for the entire year. While the upfront cost is higher, it reflects the comprehensive, bundled nature of the program and the long-term investment in athlete development.

Wilhoit College Training Program

The Wilhoit College Training Program is designed for serious kickers who are preparing for the next level and want consistent, high-quality coaching throughout the Summer and Fall seasons.

This program gives athletes direct access to The Wilhoit Way — combining in-person training with detailed video analysis to ensure continued improvement, accountability, and confidence when it matters most.
