Wilhoit Kickers Well Represented in Mr. Football Awards

The Mr. Football Kicker of the Year award goes to the best kicker in the state of Tennessee regardless of classification. It is voted on by sportswriters from across the state. I think that they did a great job with the 3 finalists this year. Obviously there are always some omissions but there are some strong candidates this year in Corey Fatony (Franklin HS), Laszlo Toser (Ooltewah HS) and Thomas Garrison (Columbia Academy). Many times kickers ask me how they can become better in the offseason. There are many ways that you can improve but one of the most important aspects is the mental game.
