This program is designed to help promote strength and conditioning into a kickers regimen. The workout program is based off of a four day a week principle, but will have two additional days for those who desire to workout an extra day or two during the week. The training will begin in January and end in August, but there is a phase in month for those kickers who have done little to no weight lifting in the past. Beyond the kicker becoming stronger and more athletic, this program is designed to get the most out of each athlete so that they can become the best they possibly can be.
